Classic Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • In a large frying pan, cook the beef mince until browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve the spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
